Ashley Carlton is the proud owner / cookie innovator of Not As Famous Cookie Company. Ashley is a native of Indianapolis, IN and a graduate of Ball State University and major in their prestigious top 5 rated Entrepreneurship Program.

After Graduating, Ashley relocated to Atlanta with aspirations of starting his own cookie business. Ashley spent a few years working in corporate America helping small business owners grow their business as a corporate banking officer. During many conversations with business owners, Ashley decided to take a leap of faith and start his business.

Not As Famous Cookie Company is a gourmet cookie shop located in Smyrna, GA that caters to cookie lovers and others with a sweet tooth that desire gourmet treats. A great tasting cookie paired with ice cream is an idea Ashley envisioned many years ago. Ashley developed the base of these great recipes has largely been the driving force behind my aspiration/desire/to further the development of the business.

Not As Famous Cookie Company started as a bakery on wheels in 2015 traveling all over metro Atlanta servings our handcrafted cookies. After years of catering to our cookie fans around metro Atlanta, we decided to build our gourmet bake shop in 2020. The gourmet cookie shop opened in January 2021.
