Wife. Mother. Entrepreneur. Administrator. Foodie.  Montrella has the honor of being able to wear multiple hats in her life. She was introduced to the food truck industry by a longtime friend who needed someone to function as the office administrator for her food truck business; and she loved it. Drawing on her love for food and helping others, Montrella opened The Rhodes Group a food truck booking, management, and consulting company. After closing that business, she and her husband started Sweet Sugar Scrubs, a handcrafted bath and body products company, which sparked out of necessity for managing their son's eczema.  Remember, she is a foodie and loves helping others. So, when the opportunity presented itself in 2018 for her to join FTAG as the Administrator; it only made since that she would go for it.

From answering the phone to scheduling our members for vending opportunities, each day brings something different. Montrella has the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Today, Montrella fulfills her role as FTAG Administrator part-time and is hands on in the day-to-day operations of Sweet Beats Treasures (where she sells $5 jewelry) and Sweet Beats Sugar Scrubs ensuring to carve out time for her husband and two small children.

Montrella also enjoys spending time with family and friends, good music, and baking.
