Alicia Gibbons

Alicia, a proud mother of three—Ahmaad, Ahchard, and Alyssa—was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Morris Brown College (2002) and a Master of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University (2004). Alicia also pursued business training at Cornell University and earned a Meeting and Event Planning certificate from Clayton State University.
Alicia’s concessions career began in 1999 as an event day supervisor at the Georgia Dome. Over time, she advanced from managing a single concession stand to overseeing the upper-level food court and the entire upper-level concession stands. Gaining invaluable experience at major events such as Atlanta Falcons games, the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl, NCAA/ACC/SEC Championship Games, the Final Four, and Super Bowl XXXIV.
In 2012, Alicia turned her passion into a business by founding Fruity Ice Treats. What started as a home-based venture blossomed into a storefront location at I-Village @ MLK in August 2019, offering a variety of delicious desserts. The business continued to grow with the launch of a mobile food trailer in August 2021.
Fruity Ice Treats allows Alicia to do what she loves and has become a rewarding, successful endeavor.
